Workshop 1.

Spiral mechanics: dissociation, pivots and control, with Missy Tsolova. (Partners not required)
​Workshop 2. 
Friday, March 13, 7:30 p.m.
Contrasts in Motion: Explore and play with simultaneous musical contrasts in both roles within corrida movements and alterations. We will focus on the coexistence of two musical interpretations within the couple. Special attention will be given to embellishments for followers!

​Workshop 3.
Saturday, March 14, 7:30 p.m.
Making Space for Sacadas: Shared Power, Shared Centre: 
We’ll build a cool and original sacada sequence step by step, focusing on split-weight walking and an active, connected centre. This workshop explores sacadas as a conversation—how both partners can give and receive, listen and respond, and assert their movement with clarity and sensitivity.

Workshop 4.

The Embrace | Our Centre | The Floor: Understanding three anchors of embodied connection to add dimension and texture to your dance, with Sandra Naccache (Partners not required)

Advance registration is required for ALL courses.
 
For Workshops 2 and 3, we will do our best to balance roles in the lessons, but if you come alone we cannot guarantee you a partner. Dual-role dancers are most welcome! Changes of partner will be encouraged. Partners not required for Workshops 1 and 4, which will focus more on individual technique.
